Who we are

This website is operated by Bridge Demand LLC (“Bridge Demand”, “we”). You can contact us about privacy at hello@bridgedemand.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you enter:

• your name
• your email address
• the topic you choose
• your message
• a website or professional profile link, if you provide one

We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a mailing list. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for anything.

How we use it

We use your inquiry only to read it and reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

How it is handled

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your inquiry is checked by a small AWS service and delivered to our email inbox using Amazon Simple Email Service. We don’t keep a separate database of inquiries; our mailbox is the record. AWS service logs record technical details such as the time of a request and whether it succeeded, not the content of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If an inquiry leads to a business relationship, we keep the related correspondence for as long as that relationship lasts and as required by law. Technical service logs are kept for 180 days and do not contain the content of your message.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@bridgedemand.com.
